Here at Industrial Repair Service, we are proud to say that we were the first in our industry to offer an industry-best 18 month warranty, and stand by this as a commitment to providing value to our customers.
A typical warranty for the industry is 12 months from the date that the repair is completed. Since most companies stock backup parts and sometimes the repaired items end up on a shelf as a backup, 12 months can easily pass before the part is even used. This is why we offer an 18 month warranty that starts when the part is installed in the machine, providing our customers with the peace of mind that the part will work as intended when they need it, not when it’s sitting on a shelf. In addition, the warranty covers the entire unit, not just the parts we replaced!
Speed:
In all businesses, time is money – especially when your items are in need of repair. This is why Industrial Repair Service prides itself on both quick response and turnaround times on items. Standard turnaround on most items is within 7-10 days of approval, and we even offer expedited repair options such as rush and emergency rush in times of crisis. If your items can’t be repaired, we offer fast replacement options as well to service your immediate needs. We even offer pick-up and delivery!
